Because of our renovation, these classes will take place on Zoom this year. This is a great opportunity for people who travel, live out of town, or need to take the class from home to do so! Please feel free to invite family and friends to join in as well.

Join Larry Hayward for a survey course of either Testament, learning the basic content of each book and exploring the text in detail. Each class will have an overall presentation of themes by Larry with discussion among the whole class, followed by reflection in small groups (which will vary each week). While challenging, you will have a new appreciation for what has been described as “the strange new world within the Bible,” and have the best opportunity to get to know others in this tremendous community that we call Westminster! Members, friends, and visitors are invited to join the more than 500 who have taken one of Larry’s classes over the past two decades.

There is a $60 charge for the course. Participants provide their own Bible; Larry recommends The New Interpreter’s Study Bible (New Revised Standard Version), because of its introductions to each book.
