Flying Solo
Flying Solo is a group for singles in their prime years (more or less 60 and above) belonging to the life and ministry of Westminster Presbyterian Church. The group offers single adults the opportunity for Christian fellowship, spiritual and intellectual growth, and service to others. No reservation needed for our events, unless indicated. What’s above us and why that matters.
Join us as we gather together in community for fun, learning, and relaxing at The Claggett Center! Our featured speaker is attorney-physician and longtime Westminster member Dr. Harold (Woody) Davis. With over 30 years of experience with the military and the government, he is currently a Consultant Advisor to several private and public entities while teaching Astronomy and Space Affairs for the Smithsonian, the US Naval Observatory, and NASA/JPL, in addition to managing a family farm business.

Second Monday Dine-Out
Second Monday of the month. Enjoy good conversation and fellowship while we dine out together, sampling different restaurants in the area! 7:00 PM.
Fourth Tuesday Potluck
Fourth Tuesday of the month. Enjoy a shared meal after making sandwiches for the Bag Lunch program. 7:00-8:30 PM in the Johnson Parlor.
Book Group
The Book Group meets several times a year to discuss works of fiction and non-fiction that help us reflect on our faith and our world. Mondays from 7:00-9:00 PM.
